We take a small number of interns and freshers each year, mostly from colleges around Akola and Vidarbha. There is no training project and no shadowing period. You are given real work on a real product, reviewed line by line, from the first week.

- Ship to a production codebase, not a sandbox
- TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL - the same stack the seniors use
- Code review on every change, with the reasoning explained
- Enough of the business to understand why the software is shaped this way
Who tends to do well here
- You have built something and can talk about why you built it that way
- You read documentation before asking, and ask clearly when reading is not enough
- You would rather delete code than add it
